Roles and Responsibilities :
Position: ASM for PUREHEART Brand
The candidate should be willing to start from scratch, analyzing market data, making a proper launch plan, recruiting TSEs, appointing distributors and launching PUREHEART in Chennai Location.
He will be fully responsible for implementing the sales plan and achievement of targets for the region.
Desired Candidate Profile :
We are looking to recruit an energetic ASM for Chennai Location on immediate basis.
Work Experience: 10 yrs (indicative) with professionally managed FMCG companies.
He should have fully handled the Chennai market, ideally for 5 years. State (ASM) level experience is an added advantage.
Age: 30 - 40 yrs.
Qualification: Min UG Degree. MBA or other PG qualification in Sales / Marketing is desirable.
Languages: Fluent English, Tamil and Hindi are necessary. Telegu & Kannada would be additionally advantageous.
Reporting to: RSM - South.

CTC: 10 to 14 LPA (Indicative) Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
